code saturne install 1.3.3

This might be due to a bug in our installer that we fixed some months ago (to be more precise, the SaturneGUI script should not be searched in the ics-1.4.0 directory).

Could you download again the installer for the 1.4.0 version and try once more?

As regards SYRTHES, a README.txt is provided within the archive and all you might want to do is updating the compilers in the Makefile.in file (in bin directory) before installing the code.
