Problems setting up the environment was created by David
Hey I'm a newbee to Linux so please excuse the simplicity of the question. I'm having problems setting up the environment with references to the cs_profile file. Can someone please take me step for step on how to do this in Ubuntu 8.10. Also if this is done I should simply type saturneGUI to start the graphical interface????
Thank you
David

if the cs_profile is set up correctly, type ". cs_profile" in a terminal (that's period .)
"cs_create -study name" creates the study folder and in there you'll find CASE1/DATA and there you can start the gui by typing ./SaturneGui
