Hey Everyone,I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out to the community today because I've been encountering some perplexing issues with my Edge Server setup, and I'm hoping that some of you might have insights or suggestions to help me troubleshoot.Here's a brief overview of the problem I'm facing:I recently implemented an Edge Server in my network to enhance the overall performance and reduce latency. While I expected a seamless integration, I've been encountering intermittent connectivity issues. The server seems to be causing occasional disruptions in data transmission, affecting the overall stability of my network.Observations:
  1. Inconsistent Performance: There are times when the Edge Server performs exceptionally well, but then suddenly, without any apparent reason, there's a noticeable decline in performance.
  2. Latency Spikes: I've observed unexpected latency spikes during peak hours, which is impacting the user experience significantly. This is particularly frustrating, as one of the key reasons for implementing the Edge Server was to address latency issues.
  3. Intermittent Connection Drops: Devices connected to the network are experiencing sporadic disconnections, making it challenging to maintain a reliable connection.
Configuration Details:
  • I've configured the Edge Server following the recommended guidelines.
  • The firmware and software are up-to-date.
  • The server hardware meets the system requirements for optimal performance.
I've already attempted the following troubleshooting steps:
