Can anyone tell me if all of the software included in CAElinux distro are free to use in commercial appliances? I mean, is it legal to use it and carry out analyses and take money for doin that?

YES,
Most of the codes included in CAELinux are in GPL licence ( en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GNU_GPL ).
This means that there are no restrictions to USE or COPY the software for any applications (personnal or commercial).
What the GPL says is in short: free to copy, free to use, but the code MUST remain free: i.e. if you change something to the code, you must give it for free also.
