Disable to download caelinux

I've tried to download caelinux from www.caelinux.com/forms/dlmirrors2010.html but an error message poped-up (error 425). I tried to use FileZilla with firewall turned off instead, but still failed (see message below).
Can anyone suggest the cause and solution for this problem?

I tried switching to active mode without success. It seems that the network in my office is the cause of the problem. I told to my admin, but there no resolution yet. If someone out there knows how to set up network to avoid problem with ftp connection, please let me know. Or, is it possible to put the Caelinux files on the http server instead of ftp?
