Obviously the original source code of NASTRAN from 93 has been made open source and is available on git-hub:

Hi all,
short update about NASA NASTRAN. Dr. Harry Schaeffer has released a cleaned up version of the NASTRAN which now compiles and works on Linux, I have tested it allready.
It should also work on Windows but I haven't test it.
