Installation on Intel H77 (Ivy Bridge) motherboard was created by rocky marciano
Has anyone installed CAELinux 2011 on a new Intel H77 (Ivy Bridge) motherboard? Mine is an ASUS P8H77-V.
The Live DVD boots OK, but my two hard disks, connected to the motherboard SATA controller, are not recognized. I want to install the system on a disk partition, which is not possible now.
By the way, Win 7 is running fine and Ubuntu 12.04 / Mint 13 do 'see' the disks.
Any suggestions other than
1. Connecting a disk to an additional (supported) PCI SATA controller,
2. Running CAELinux in a VM under windows,
3. Installing Ubuntu 2012.04 and all applications by hand, or
4. Waiting for CAELinux 2012?
Many thanks.

Hi, johndave
I wanted to install the system in a partition obviously to boot CAElLinux in this physical machine and take advantage of the full hardware resources. Not interested any more - can live without it.
