Hello,

Is anybody trying to compile CodeAster 10.0.3 in Ubuntu 8.04 64bit (really a CAELinux2009 PC)? Maybe could we start a discussion to resolve some problems I am facing which I have documented in the CodeAster forums (See: www.code-aster.org/forum2/viewtopic.php?pid=18585#p18585)

Regards,
JMB

I've been following the thread on CA-forum but unfortunately I have nothing to add. I have problems getting CA compiling with Intel as well though 10.0.17. I cannot get it to recognize the math-libs from Intel. I have no exp. in programming so I rely on others to fix it for me :pinch:

I will help out as best I can.

Hoi JMB,

I also tried to compile CA 10.x.y on an Ubunty Jaunty (9.04) system. I did not succeed either. I cannot really recall what problems I had, but I certainly would try again with some support. But I might wait until after the release of Karmic, end of this month, though.

Interest: structural mechanics, solar energy (picture at 'my location' shows too little pv panels)
