I need to know the 'strain energy density' (SED) for a model, anybody knows what I have to write in the commm file for that??

In CALC_ELEM you can use, see chapter 2.6.4, www.code-aster.org/V2/doc/v9/man_u/u4/u4.81.01.pdf:

I have never used it, so you need to check for yourself whether it suites your needs.
