Any idea if the system can be clustered, using some of the \"standard\" technologies for Linux out there?

Hi,
yes, you can create a linux-cluster based on Open-Mosix very simply with the ClusterKnoppix or Quantian linux distributions. To use Code-Aster in this cluster, you will need to compile it on this systems, but I don't think that it will be so difficult because these distro are based on Debian and a lot of users have compiled Code_Aster of such distros...
But as it seems that there is a demand for that kind of features, we will try to develop a cluster-oriented distro with Code_Aster & OpenFOAM.
I don't think that Salome will be very usefull for this kind of distro but if you would like to have it in the cluster environment, just tell me!!
Thank you for your interest
