Change field names

Is it possible to change the default names of fields in post-processor? I'm referring to RESU______DEPL______, RESU___EQUI___NOEU___SIGM____, etc etc: I'd like to change it to something more familiar to my language....
I'm using Salome-Meca-2007 Stand-Alone.

I'm interested too to this kind of translation for fields and even for program menus.
I'd be also interested/disposable for creating an easy .pdf guide (a some kind of book?) for this package.
Could be a good way for me to share experiences and learn more about it...
If you find a way for language change and need help for doing the job, tell me.
I'm not good to code anything, but I could give a hand with english and italian translations.
