Salome 3.2.6 with Aster module was created by florante
Hi!
I have seen in wiki and read the announcement by Admin that the latest release of Caelinux2007 will have Aster module in Salome. I look at the official release of salome 3.2.6 and it has no aster module.
Can any one tell me how to get or compile salome with aster module in it? I want to build it on my Ubuntu box.
Thanks and best regards!

Hello,
at the moment, the sources of the Salome-Aster module have not been released publicly; but with the help of EDF, CAELinux 2007 will contain a "binary" distribution of Salome-Meca (=the official name of the Salome-Aster platform).
I am still waiting for the new download mirror to release this new CAELinux version, but it takes more time than expected...
Additionnally, the stand-alone Salome-Meca binary distribution will also be released afterwards for other Linux distributions.
Sorry for the long waiting, but it is coming for sure!!
