SALOME Projection 3D algorithm

Hi,

I would like to mesh a plate with a hole with hexahedrons without having to partition the plate to create elementary blocks. Can the 3D projection algorithm handle this? I tried to define a 2D mesh (as a submesh) and ask a 3D projection but it failed. I tried then to mesh only a face with a hole using quadrangles but it failed as well. All I manage to do was first to mesh a face using traingles and then extrude the elements. Is there a way to do better than this?
