error on caelinux 2011

Hello,

I am getting an error when I run impact on 64 bit caelinux amd64 machine that says

Error: java.io.FileNotFoundException:Post.conf (permission denied)

I am looking for a solution. Some more detail, I copied an example file to a new directory in my home folder, ran it there, and I get an output flavia.res file with no error. But impact will not let me load the results file. I have checked permissions and have full read/write permission on the file but still cant open up the results file with impact.

What can I do to fix this error.
