Syrthes - Axisymmetric problem

Hello. I am trying to solve a heat transfer problem using axisymmetry but I keep getting errors about bad internal points. The Sythes documentation is not very clear about error codes and there are next to no 2D axisymmetric examples to learn from.I have found no Syrthes specific fora - even though there are many things to consider if you want good simulations - and that is a pity as the code seems to have many good features and flexibility.Are there any users of Syrthes here?
