I really have problem understanding this, I downloaded again the file and still there are no Cae applications, Just the PCLinuxOS.
Any advice or help is highly appreciated

after installing as "root", you should login as user "caelinux" to access the applications...

how did you make access?
If you login as root, you do not have shortcuts for the applications.
Try logging in as normal user.
