How to download r2009?

I tried the passive mode but it's not working.

Status: Resolving address of caelinux.dyndns.org
Status: Connecting to 94.23.213.226:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Error: Connection timed out
Error: Could not connect to server

Also, if I try download CAELinux 2009 by clicking on the link in Firefox, it says that the connection cannot be etablished.

Ok, in my case, it was a firewall on the server at work that block this adress. Now it work fine.
