Hello,
in CAELINUX you can do a fatigue calculcation using either CalCuliX or Code_Aster. I do not know a lot about CCX, but for CA I would recommend that you just search the validation test cases for the word "fatigue":
www.code-aster.org/V2/doc/default/en/index.php?man=cas-test

If you look for the exact operators it would be CALC_FATIGUE (www.code-aster.org/V2/doc/default/en/man_u/u4/u4.83.02.pdf) and POST_FATIGUE (www.code-aster.org/V2/doc/default/en/man_u/u4/u4.83.01.pdf).

But to be honest, I would not recommend to start using Code-Aster (nor CCX) by doing a fatigue analysis. Start with a simple linear static case. If you understand how that works you can go on.

Best regards and good luck,
Richard
