Hello,

you can have some very similar plot in Salome with the \"plot3D\" visualization.
To use this feature:
1) write each component of the section loads separately in MED file (in ASTER, use Impr_Resu, and specify the components to extract).
2) in Salome/postpro: display the quantity with the Plot3D option. It will display your data as a surface (or here a line) that is ofsset from the base line proportionnaly to the data.

SOrry if this explaination is a bit cryptic to follow, but it should give you something close to what you are looking for.

I've tried to follow your suggestions, but I haven't obtained what I want. I would like to obtain a representation similar to image "moment-example.png", but I obtain only a rectangle ("plot3d.png") :(
Can anyone help me?
I have attached my case study and a screenshot of the deformed structure ("deformation.png").
Thanks!

Hi, I'm also interested in displaying moment diagram...I did what you said, but I can't see each component of the section loads. I put in my .comm file:

[code:1]IMPR_RESU(MODELE=MODMECA,
FORMAT='MED',
RESU=_F(MAILLAGE=MAIL,
CHAM_GD=SLU_1,
NOM_CMP=('N','VY','VZ','MT','MFY','MFZ',),
TOUT='OUI',),);
[/code:1]
but what I see on Salome screen is a strange number, as in the .png file.
Can you help me?
Thank you in advance,
Corrado C.
