Strange Bitmap export

I run Salome 4.1.4 un Ubuntu 9.04. So far everything seems to be OK but when I try to save images in a parallel animation the resulting image files look strange.
For the moment I have no idea what to change. I tried jpeg, bmp, png file format but the result is always the same. Has anybody an Idea to solve this problem?
