CFD analysis in OpenFOAM

Hi, I'm using Salome Meca 2007, I'm trying to import the mesh in openFoam as in the tutorial, but this is the result:

Read 67279 cells and 11004 boundary faces.

Processing tag:2467
Starting reading patches at line 186161.
For facegroup 0 named Walls trying to read 10164 patch face indices.
For facegroup 1 named F1 trying to read 309 patch face indices.


--> FOAM FATAL IO ERROR : Attempt to get back from bad stream

file: IStringStream.sourceFile at line 0.

From function void Istream::getBack(token& t)
in file db/IOstreams/IOstreams/Istream.C at line 44.

FOAM exiting
