When I perform the integral I get a scalar value for the pressure effort (which should be the total force the fluid exerts on the boundary), I don't get vector components for the force. How do I make the projection? I found a tutorial online for calculating the frontal reference area here www.discretizer.org/node/20. Do I do the same thing in the tutorial for calculating the projection of the force along the axis of fluid movement?
