Overlapping or the mesh cannot be reoriented

Hi, I'm doing my master degree project and have a problem with Code Aster.
My project use an steel tube column with a base making contact over a short concret column. The steel column tube was fixed in some points to the concret column. I use a wahers to guarantee that the surface of the bolts area was greather than contac surface with washer surface.
I have two contact surfaces: Steel base plate with concrete, and base plate washers with bolts.
I had an error when I used a geometric compound instruction.
error: invalid input mesh. ngexception at volume meshing: stop meshing since boundary mesh is overlapping code aster
I read in another forums to change tetrahedro size. I try some values for Minimum number segments, min. size and max. size , and the result was the same.
Then I try to solve the problem in another way. I do a mesh compound but when i use the wizard to make a test with elastic mode, i have two errors:
1- Cannot assign geometry groups because the option was disabled
2- I use two mesh groups and at the end i get an error:
La maille de peau : M47536 ne peut pas être réorientée.
Car elle est insérée entre 2 mailles "support" placées de part et d'autre : M232211 et M243515.
Conseils :
Vous pouvez utiliser les mots-clés GROUP_MA_VOL en 3D et GROUP_MA_SURF en 2D pour choisir une des
deux mailles supports et ainsi choisir la normale permettant la réorientation.
