Hello again Kees,
Yes, You are right I forgot line between P6 and P8 in file I attached to forum.
I'm beginner in CAE, and I'm not good enought to make tutorial myself, so tutorial should be signed by more advanced user.
I am glad to co-operate with you in this tutorial.
I make more geometry:
- I add line between P6 and P8,
- create faces for each presure field,
what more should I do with geometry?
Regards,
This weekend will be with CAE

Hoi Bridge
please have a look at the hdf file and give your command.
Later on I will give some explanation - too late now.

Hi Kees,
I have looked at your's file.
You have very interesting idea,
create single face with partitions for each presure.
I was trying to make single face for each presure,
what couses more problems than your idea.
Which comand you used to create Fbot,Fcentre1,Fcentre2,Ftop,Fmain from Part_main?
I try Explode to Faces, but i get icon with one square, your's icons are two squares.
I think, We need two groups of edges for fixed boundary conditions.
Regards

Hoi Bridge,
I updated some files.
The hdf, comm, astk/export files now function make it possible to run Code Aster. You need to make quadratic mesh in Salome and export the mesh file to mesh.med or alike. The displacements, local and equivalent stresses are determined.
It is probably best to try to start and mention all the problems and worries you have and come across. Write them all in a wiki and extend to calculations later on.
Have fun.
Kind regards - kees

I analized your's file all morning
I added fixed-1 and fixed-2 groups for boundary conditions.
